What you can request
- Access / export — a copy of the personal data we hold on you (account email, session records, usage metadata).
- Correction — fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion — close your account and erase your personal data. Keys are revoked immediately; billing records we're legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period, nothing more.
How to make a request
Email privacy@esportsodds.gg from your account email address (that's how we verify it's you) and say what you'd like. We acknowledge within a few days and complete requests within one month, as the UK/EU rules require.
Corrections to match data
Spotted a wrong score, roster or stat? That's not personal data, but we still want it — email data@esportsodds.gg and we'll investigate and correct the record.
