What you can request

  • Access / export — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion — erase your personal data. For an account, keys are revoked immediately; billing records we're legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period, nothing more.
  • Restriction / objection — where we rely on legitimate interests (as we do for players' competitive data, see below), you can object to us processing your data, and we'll stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue.
02

How to make a request

Email privacy@esportsodds.gg or use our contact form(choose "Privacy & data") and tell us what you'd like. If you have an account, email from your account email address so we can verify it's you. We acknowledge requests within 30 days and complete them within one month, as the UK/EU rules require.

03

Players and teams

If you're a player or team whose public competitive data appears in our product, your in-game handle, name and performance statistics are personal data, and you have all the rights above — including the right to object or ask us to erase it. Email privacy@esportsodds.gg (or use the contact form) with your handle and team so we can find the right records. Our Player Data Notice explains what we hold and why.

Separately, if you've simply spotted a factual error — a wrong score, roster or stat — email data@esportsodds.gg and we'll investigate and correct the record.

Complaints

If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to us directly first — email privacy@esportsodds.gg; we'll acknowledge it within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office.
