What you can request
- Access / export — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — erase your personal data. For an account, keys are revoked immediately; billing records we're legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period, nothing more.
- Restriction / objection — where we rely on legitimate interests (as we do for players' competitive data, see below), you can object to us processing your data. We can only carry on if we can show compelling legitimate grounds that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if we need the data for legal claims.
How to make a request
Requests are handled by Sellframe Ltd, company number SC472357, the company behind EsportsOdds. You can also write to us at 14 Avonside Grove, Hamilton, ML3 7DL, United Kingdom.
Email privacy@esportsodds.gg or use our contact form (choose "Privacy & data") and tell us what you'd like. If you have an account, email from your account email address so we can verify it's you. We reply within one month of receiving your request or, if we need to confirm who you are, of confirming it. For a complex request we can extend that by up to two months, and we will tell you within the first month if we do.
Players and teams
Remove a player page. If you are a player and want your page on this website taken down, ask us. You do not need to give a reason. If the player is under 18, a parent or guardian, or their team or organisation, can ask instead. Email privacy@esportsodds.gg or use our contact form (choose "Privacy & data"), and tell us the in-game handle and team. We may ask you to show that the request comes from the player, or from someone who can act for them. We reply within one month of receiving your request or, if we need to confirm who you are, of confirming it. For a complex request we can extend that by up to two months, and we will tell you within the first month if we do. Section 9 of our Player Data Notice says what taking a page down covers.
If you're a player or team whose public competitive data appears in our product or on our public pages, your in-game handle, name and performance statistics are personal data, and you have the rights above, including the right to object and to ask us to erase it. We assess each request: where we agree, we take your real name, country and other identifiers out of the record we hold and replace your handle with a placeholder, unless you ask us to keep your handle. Email privacy@esportsodds.gg (or use the contact form) with your handle and team so we can find the right records. Our Player Data Notice explains what we hold and why.
Separately, if you've simply spotted a factual error — a wrong score, roster or stat — email data@esportsodds.gg and we'll investigate and correct the record.
Complaints
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to us directly first — email privacy@esportsodds.gg. If you are making a complaint, we acknowledge it within 30 days. We'll look into it and tell you the outcome. You also have the right to complain to the UK data protection regulator, the Information Commission (still known as the ICO; until 30 September 2026 it was called the Information Commissioner's Office).
